I feel bad for Adam Driver of late. As if getting screwed over by Lucasfilm with the way his character was handled in The Rise of Skywalker wasn't bad enough, now one of the things he cares most about offscreen has taken a major hit. :( We don't hear a lot out of him compared to many celebs, and that's a good thing considering what idiots so many of them make out of themselves. His support for the military, however, is the main thing we do hear about--something positive that he's always promoted without preaching to people, being holier than thou, or otherwise berating people or dividing them against each other. As you may know, Adam Driver was in the Marines, and joined right after 9/11. This is the source of his passion for the US Armed Forces. He was unable to deploy due to an injury that caused him to be medically discharged, but still wanted to do something to help his military brothers and sisters with the talents he has, even though the extremes of serving combat
